PPE HUB - Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing PPE HUB for your personal protective equipment needs. We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. Please review our returns policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include opened or used items, custom-made or personalized products, and clearance items.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@ppehub.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.
5. Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
6. Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately enquiries@ppehub.com.au with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Cancellations:
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund.
